28 Then God blessed them, and God
said to them, “BE fruitful and MULTIPLY; fill the earth and subdue it;
have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over
every living thing that moves on the earth.”
- Gen. 1:28
The first instruction to man was
to BE (exist, live)...
We don’t “do” things and then
“be”, we “be” so as to “do”.
2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove
what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
- Romans 12:2
(When Nicodemus said “no one can
do these signs that You do unless God is with him, Jesus said
“You must be born again.” - John 3:1-7)
May a fresh grace to BE all we
were called to BE, come upon us, empowering us to do all that we need to do in
this tenth month and onwards.
Then came the mandate to be
fruitful (Fruitful Vine | September 2013)
11 Then God said, “Let the earth
bring forth grass, the herb that yields seed, and the
fruit tree that yields fruit according to its kind, whose
seed is in itself, on the earth”; and it was so. 12 And
the earth brought forth grass, the herb that yields seed
according to its kind, and the tree that yields fruit,
whose seed is in itself according to its kind. And God saw
that it was good. 13 So the
evening and the morning were the third day.
- Gen. 1:11-13
Bundled in the mandate to be
fruitful, is the grace for multiplication. A fruit bears in itself the seed
that makes it capable to multiply.
In this tenth month of DOUBLE
(honor, favour, speed, grace etc), May the fruits you’ve produced hitherto (and
those to come), usher you into the realm of multiplication.
7 Instead of your shame, you will
receive a double portion, and instead of disgrace you will rejoice in your
inheritance. And so you will inherit a double portion in your land, and
everlasting joy will be yours.
- Isaiah 61:7
THIS is 2013
and
"It's Morning; Ekaaro o!"
Jesus Christ is Lord!
