In the second trimester of pregnancy, the
baby's fingers and toes become well-defined…the mother’s baby bump starts to
show and she begins to be the centre of attention; what she’s been carrying -
and may have hitherto been unnoticed - now begins to announce her!
Then the Lord answered me and said, “Write
the vision, and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it. For the
vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it will speak, and it will
not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will
not tarry.

more emphasis on ensuring that she maintains a varied and balanced diet. This
helps her achieve her nutritional requirements and gives her growing baby
the needed nourishment.
