THE 10-MINUTE MIRROR CHALLENGE | Nathaniel Bassey

Shalom Everybody,

Do you know your mirrors at home can do more than helping you check out your hair, clothes, face, body etc?

Do you know it can be useful in shaping your future and destiny?

How often do you stand in front of it and speak life-words into that person you are looking at? Calling forth God's promise and eternal words into manifestation?

Have you ever thought of a 10-minute mirror challenge every day for the rest of this year where you speak ONLY the prophetic word of God over that son or daughter of the Most High you are looking at?

Can we just try this out and see what happens come 1st January, 2017?

Why use it to just dress your body when you can use it to dress your entire destiny??????

Just an idea..... just an idea

Words Alive | Nathaniel Bassey

I was in Warri ministering when my friend Micah Stampley shared this amazing story.

He said after a TBN recording, a pastor friend of his, told him about his time with the FBI. He said while he worked there, they had this small device used to track down most wanted criminals. They would identify spots or rooms the criminals had previously met to discuss, and put the device on. This device could record/call-up conversations from as far back as 10 years. YES! 10 years before!

Why? Because sound waves never die!

Beloved, it’s no wonder Jesus is called the WORD. Words are powerful. Jesus said:

…the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.
John 6:63 (KJV)

Our words are not just sounds. They are spiritual and living entities.

What are you speaking? Life or death? Remember the power of life and death are in the tongue. (Proverbs 18:21)

Can we be more deliberate with our words? Everything we are standing, walking and living on, was Word-created. Words are powerful, God's word is even more powerful.

10 For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile:
1 Peter 3:10

12 What man is he that desireth life, and loveth many days, that he may see good?
13 Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.
Psalm 34:12-13

This month God laid the word MARVELLOUS in my heart. And one thing I've learnt to do is not just speak Rhema words forth, but also see them. I want to be immersed in them until they become a living reality.

What are you speaking?

If you don’t like what you are seeing, perhaps it’s time to change what you are speaking.

On the other hand, this explains why words also hurt a lot. Hence we must be careful about what we say and speak to people.

FREQUENCY OF H.O.P.E | AUGUST 2016

No matter how similar they look, the output of two radios will be based on the frequency they are tuned onto per time.

 Were they to have a chat, the man that just listened to “Breaking News” on his own radio will surely find it difficult to understand the joy of the man who just listened to “Sports News” on his; especially if the team of the latter just won a significant match.

You can’t feed on doubt and speak in faith.

 31 He who comes from above is above all; he who is of the earth is earthly and speaks of the earth.
He who comes from heaven is above all.
John 3:31

28 Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.
29 When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up; and he shall save the humble person.
Job 22:28-29 (KJV)

The seeming “facts” that the devil presented to Eve about the fruit didn’t change the truth about it (Genesis 3:1-7).
The devil is the father of lies so we can’t afford to believe anything he says.

God knew Abraham's age before He made the promise to him.
If Abraham had gone by the facts, he wouldn't have slept with his wife at that age;
However, he faced the facts and walked in faith.

The just do not live by facts or fate but by faith; the Truth, the Word.

Our future is in God’s memory like our past is in ours.

If He gave a Word for this year, it wasn’t a mere suggestion;
it’s more like a description...better still, an instruction.

4 “Behold the proud, His soul is not upright in him;
But the just shall live by his faith.
Habakkuk 2:4

4 But He answered and said, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone,
but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.
Matthew 4:4

4 He who observes the wind will not sow,
And he who regards the clouds will not reap.
Ecclesiastes 11:4

Let's keep H.O.P.E alive;
Having Only Positive Expectations

4 But for him who is joined to all the living there is hope, for a living dog is better than a dead lion.
Ecclesiastes 9:4

18 Against all hope, Abraham in hope believed and so became the father of many nations, just as it had been said to him, “So shall your offspring be.”
19 Without weakening in his faith, he faced the fact that his body was as good as dead—since he was about a hundred years old—and that Sarah’s womb was also dead.
20 Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God,
21 being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised.
Romans 4:18-21 (NIV)

God IS Faithful;
Too Faithful to fail.

God bless you.
