What a Name!
1 O Lord, our Lord, how excellent (majestic and glorious) is Your name in all the earth! You have set Your glory on [or above] the heavens.

AT (in) THE Name; a safe location. With such authority, doesn’t have to be mentioned to command impact. (yet to find a translation that says “at the MENTION of the name of Jesus, every knee…”.
The Name commands results for those properly positioned; else, it’s a mere exclamation.
God’s name is a place of protection— good people can run there and be safe.
